After an amazing Christmas, we are super excited for January or as it is better known to us, VEGANUARY!
This is the month where we encourage others to transition to a vegan diet and lifestyle. We think that is a great idea for everyone to try and have a go, as it isn’t only just good for you and your body especially after all the naughty treats you’ve probably had over the festive period, but it’s amazing for the planet too. The animal agricultural industry is one of the leading causes of global warming with carbon emissions, so joining in on cutting out meat and opting for plant-based goodness this January will be a great contribution to the environment alongside other important ethical reasons. With that being said, we’re proud supporters of Veganuary and are proud to support and help all participants along the way.
